2025 PRE Congress | 18-20 June | Ljubljana, Slovenia

We are very pleased to invite you to attend the 2025 PRE Congress, to be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 18-20 June 2025.

The 2025 PRE Congress will be kindly hosted by Slovenian Refractory Producers Association (ZPOK) and sponsored by RHI Magnesita. We are hoping for a high attendance, and we encourage all PRE Members to share this invitation with their member companies.

All meetings will be held at the Grand Plaza Hotel & Congress Center (Slovenska cesta 60, 1000 Ljubljana) In parallel with the PRE Congress, there will be an exciting programme to discover the city of Ljubljana.

This year, and since the Workshop themes complement each other, PRE Members will have the possibility of attending all the sessions. The Workshops will be organized in a "World Cafe" format.

All the registered participants will be divided into 3 groups, and the order of the Workshops will be assigned & communicated to each group by email (to be sent by the PRE Secretariat), when the registrations for the Congress officially close (mid-May).

Please register your participation in the thematic Workshops, by selecting YES in ALL the options.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure successful registration for the 2025 PRE Congress and accommodation arrangements, both the online registration form and the hotel annex must be completed and submitted. Completion of only one of them will not suffice for full registration to the Congress and accommodation booking.

ACCOMMODATION:

PRE Members can secure rooms at discounted rates until 15 May 2025, through the attached Hotel Booking Form (Annex 1). This form (Annex 1) needs to be sent to the hotel’s email spela.zupanc@grandplazahotel.si and

The following room categories (incl. breakfast) are available (prices per room/night):

King room

·        Single use (double or twin beds): 170,00 EUR

·        Double use (double or twin beds): 200,00 EUR

King room Superior

·        Single use (double or twin beds): 190,00 EUR

·        Double use (double or twin beds): 220,00 EUR

Cancelation policy:

·        Reservations may be cancelled free of charge until 15 days prior to arrival.

·        For cancellations 14-8 days prior to arrival 50% of the entire stay will be charged.

·        For cancellations 7 or less days prior to arrival or no show 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

We strongly advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible to secure the room’s availability and special rates. After the deadline, all the unbooked rooms will be released, standard rates will apply and the availability of pre-booked rooms can no longer be guaranteed.
